______________ HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS Is this newsletter late or what! I "caught" what so many other people have this season - a very nasty cold. I have been sick for over a week and still cannot taste or smell anything. So, I have not attended any events, parties, or meetings in the past week. Not having the energy to do much more than sleep and breathe, I have had some interesting awarenesses this past week. Firstly, I am becoming more aware of my priorities. Taking care of myself is number one, as it should ALWAYS be. Unfortunately, too often, I allow other people's priortities to take precedence over my own. This is unhealthy. If I am not feeling emotionally, mentally, physicallay, and spiritually balanced, I won't be "THERE" for anyone else. Imbalance creates Dis-ease in the body. Duh! I know this better than most. Why do I forget? I needed this reminder to
nurture myself and make sure my life is in balance. I wish this
