Art Galleries
- Opening Receptions

This column announces
the addition of a new category. See it over there on
the left side of this page. It is called "On-Going
Art Exhibitions." I have been finding it hard to list
art exhibitions in the regular calendar of events.
I usually post the opening reception but folks looking
at October may not know that there is an on-going show
through October and into November.
For that reason,
I thought is appropriate to list exhibitions in their
own category. They will be listed in calendar order
- most current at the top - and I will remove them
once the exhibition is over.
New Hope and Lambertville
are wonderful supporters and promoters of the arts.
If you are not a regulary gallery visitor, why not take a day several times
a year and make a GALLERY VISTING DAY with the entire
family.
You will
get such
wonderful
exposure
to art and artists. You will learn a lot and you will
have fun. Talk at lenght to the gallery owners. They
love to discuss the art they represent. Normally,
they
select
art to sell that they love themselves.
